A message from Jonathan's Nana, Amelita Hime:

"Jonathan Leon Stout was born at 39 weeks on 5/29/15 at 2:03 pm. Our angel weighed 7 pounds, 10.5 ounces, and was 20 inches long. At birth, he seemed perfectly healthy and was absolutely beautiful. Approximately 24 hours later, Jonathan started to turn blue and eventually required medical intervention. Unfortunately, nothing could be done to sustain his life and he gained his wings on 5/30/15 at 3:02 pm. Jonathan's autopsy determined that his cause of death was due to a rare defect of the heart called Tetralogy of Fallot. Jonathan's Mommy, Daddy, and big sister miss him so much and appreciate being able to share his story to help other families during such a difficult and devastating time."
