Certificates

The Indiana Cuddle Cot Campaign will offer a certificate for those wishing to make donations in honor of a child who has passed away.

The certificates will come on premium 11 x 8.5 card stock.

Multiple certificate request policy: certificates will be given for an initial donation and once total donations have reached accumulations of $250, $500, $1,000, etc.; a new certificate will be issued indicating the total amount donated in honor of said child.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for certificate to be received by the family.
